These women all inspired me for different reasons. Some broke boundaries in their genre, some proved that true grit and determination are as important as anything else. Some became hugely successful from no background in writing at all and all through the indie process. Some are just amazing writers. Most have done it while raising families. Many on the list are happy to help when you reach out to them for help as a fellow author, even though they are in the big five list. Some I would even count as friends now. These women have all shown me it can be done and also trapped me into a love of everything they write.
